Lauren Moylan
I’m Lauren, and my work is rooted in agriculture, leadership, and real world decision making. I grew up on my family’s cow calf operation in Kansas, where I learned early how much responsibility and intention matter, both in business and in life. That foundation continues to shape how I approach my work today.
Through podcasting, media, and speaking, I have the opportunity to connect with people across the agriculture industry who are navigating change, uncertainty, and opportunity. From producers and ag professionals to business owners and industry leaders, I believe every role in agriculture carries leadership responsibility and every perspective adds value.
I believe strongly in real conversations. In my speaking engagements, I focus on cutting through noise and offering insight grounded in experience, observation, and thoughtful discussion.
